RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For Invitations:
Due to the personalised nature of our bespoke invitation service, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been placed.
Each invitation is meticulously crafted to your specifications, making it uniquely yours. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly issue a refund or arrange for a replacement.
For Candles:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pink Tiger If for any reason you are not satisfied with your candle purchase, you may return unused and undamaged items within 28 days of delivery for a refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund promptly.
